Honestly. My ex asked to talk on the phone and catch up. Throughout the conversation I thought, 'Why was I so into him?' A decent man but we don't have enough in common to merit the way I fawned over this man. Hormones are one hell of a drug.

The best (and lowkey worst) thing about this quarantine is that it got me to reflect on A LOT of things, especially my ex and dating history in general. I no longer look at him and others with rose coloured glasses. Sure we had good times blahblah but I see all the red flags I missed and the nonsense/emotional abuse I accepted. Never again, its glow up season now.
