Do I want to get back in the dating game? Do I want to meet my lifelong partner? Absolutely. But there is one very daunting reality I have to remember and it’s that all men cheat. All of them. And if they haven’t cheated, then they will in the future, when the opportunity arises.

You may think your man is faithful but believe me, send him across the country on a business trip and he’ll immediately jump into bed with the first girl who hits on him because opportunity. They won’t stand strong and say no. They think they’ll get away with it.

And that’s the scariest part to me about being vulnerable to someone. Cheating isn’t an irrational fear or paranoia, it’s real.
