At what point do you stop a conversation (or, when does it become clear they aren’t interested)?

In these situations I always say: either he’s not interested or he’s boring and bad at conversations. You don’t want him either way. 🤷🏽‍♀️

At the start of messaging, if there's no questions or nothing interesting to reply to, I stop responding, block, delete, and move on to the next. I'm not entertainment on demand. This is a two way street.

He is boring and low effort. Also I noticed you used way more emojis than him, try to refrain from that unless you’re officially together. I know us women love emojis but to men it comes off as desperate cause again, it shows you’re placing more effort into the convo than him.

Lol I would have stopped responding when he began to talk about nipples and butt. But since it looks like you started the nipple conversation from the screenshot, his response doesn’t look very interesting (or interested). He’s boring at best, horny at worst.

No, your standards are not to high. Notice how he barely even contributed to the conversation. Usually if a man doesn’t bother asking questions in return or at least respond with something more conversational, I’d just go ghost. Why bother with someone who’s not even putting in the effort to do the bare minimum (texting).

Dont jokingly call yourself inferior, and dont tell them you used to not have an ass. Dont tell them any of your flaws.

And yes drop him. He's bored/not interested/boring.

Youre standards are not too high, the problem is youre putting in too much effort into the convo.

Stop trying to keep the convo going. Let there be delays and pauses, and DONT jump from topic to topic. That's HIS JOB.

Eh. Once I start getting one word answers with no follow up questions or comments, I just stop responding. Either he's not interested enough or not interested in actually getting to know me.

I personally wouldn’t recommend conversations with men on OLD or over text/call, especially before meeting. Get to know a person on dates—if he’s not asking you out, he’s wasting your time.

Omg and definitely no texting til late at night (by 9pm my phone is already blocked)

On OLD, I reply once a day or every 2 days, often once a week. Usually men get so worried that I’ve lost interest that they ask me out quickly.
