How about getting ‘friend-zoned’ AND fuck-zoned? When a dude you’re interested in says he just wants to be friends... youre bummed out but what can you do besides move on with life? He also says he will respect your boundaries and won’t try to have sex with you... fair enough, right? I literally did not have friends in college exactly because of this and it was traumatic tbh. Imagine going through serious trauma as a teen with serious ptsd from sexual assault in a new environment surrounded by strangers, and every time you think you’ve met a group of people who seem nice, one guy in the group (or multiple in some cases) monopolizing your time, and being led to believe that you’ve found a group of friends finally, only to have the guy refuse to invite you along to group activities, and always just trying to get you to come to their room to “hang out” alone, after their friends are gone. And once the guy finally figured out I wasn’t going to fuck him, I never heard from anyone in the group ever again. Literally happened to me over and over and over.

It also feels extra gross in hindsight because the assault happened right before my eighteenth birthday, and within a couple months I went from the girl who had literally no guys interested in her, to having loads of guys trying to hook up with me in my last couple months of high school and first year of college. Even guys who were always the relationship type and still are to this day wanted a meaningless summer hook up with me. I’m pretty sure none of them knew about the “hook up” (and the college guys obviously didn’t because they didn’t know anyone from my high school) but it’s like they all can just fucking smell blood and senses that I was an easy target and took advantage. It was like the guy had stamped “damaged goods” in a special ink on my forehead that only other men could see, and suddenly nice guys weren’t into me anymore and the LVM flocked to me in droves. For the entirety of my late teens and early to mid-twenties it was made abundantly clear to me that the only value anyone saw in me was using my body as a warm hole to stick their dick in, while entirely disregarding my pleasure and pretending they couldn’t hear me when I said “ow”, or that they didn’t notice when I winced in pain.

I am in a much better place now, thank god, thanks to a lot of hard work on my end, and finding this sub, but getting fuckzoned by every guy for nearly a decade was extremely detrimental to my mental health, but if I told any of those guys that, they would insist that it wasn’t their fault, but it’s always the woman’s fault when she friend-zones a man. At least when someone is friend-zoning you, they still are valuing you as a fucking human being. They whine about getting friend-zoned, but expect us to be so fucking grateful and take it as a compliment when they want to stick their dick in us in the most dissatisfactory way, as if most men won’t fuck anything that moves. The fucking audacity.
