Hi, it stands for "pick me". It's kind of a name for women who will do anything for a boyfriend, and don't have very high/any standards for that boyfriend. They just want to get picked desperately. Usually men will walk all over them. There's a lot more to it and I probably didn't answer it well but it's hard to explain. Sorry you were downvoted for asking. :)
