About a week ago I went on a third date with a guy I’ve been seeing. He’s been pretty good thus far, sweet, consistent, respectful, has a really calming presence, and been intentional. (Also checks all my other more material boxes.)

This time we went to dinner and a movie and still wanted to hang out so we went to a romantic bar/lounge for drinks. I told him before we went out I wanted to be home by a certain time so he’s like oh I know you wanted to be home by xx ready to go? And I’m like oh yeah didn’t even realize it was late we can head out.

While we’re driving he’s telling about something he has to be up early for in the morning and I made a light hearted joke about me keeping him out late when he has an early morning and he responded suggestively like “well if you want to keep me up all night I’d have no problem, I drink coffee” and I was kind of like haha no...I’m ready for bed.

Fast forward he drops me off and says he wants to cant wait to see me again and I agree and I’m like let’s do it again soon. He asks me when and I’m like I’ll let you know.

Since then he has still but texting but, no calls, and the texts are short and he takes forever to respond when he was not like that before. Also hasn’t brought up our next date.

It seems like he’s losing interest/planning to ghost after not getting sex on the third date (fuck that stupid third date rule). Ugh.
