BDSM in theory: The "dominant" only does things that the "submissive" says they enjoy and suggested themselves. The dom will be very careful to only do things the sub will be comfortable with and enjoy. This means that they'll try one or two things and maybe escalate from there.

What sticks out to me most about the first list is the fact that the majority of the things on there aren't even actual qualities, they're just generic adjetives that most people would use to describe anyone that they find mildly pleasant to be around. I think that creating "lists" is a tacky thing to do in general but there are many appropriate ways to communicate qualities that you might want in a partner:

"I'm an avid gym goer and I would like to have a partner who is also passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle"

"I have multiple pet snakes and I would like to have a partner who shares my appreciation for these animals"

Those are some basic examples and potential conversation starters. This guy can't think of anything that he actually wants to share with a partner because he doesn't care to get to know anyone. Hence why he just wants a woman that is "nice", "honest", and "communicates" and "loves to eat". Oh but I'm willing to bet that he'll get whiney as soon as a GiRl ThAt LoVeS tO eAt requests to go to a nice restaurant instead of Netflix and Chill on his sofa.
