Yup. Even the male lurkers on here are ridiculous. What's so complicated about some women wanting nothing to do with you?
You hate us women with standards anyway, go find a pick me who will be more than happy to slave away for you. There are literally billions of other people who you can try your bullshit on, and if not one woman wants you, you are the problem --be an adult and address your issues. What are you wasting your time for on FDSers who you claim to hate so much in the first place?

Because they know they don't have a chance.

They have to face reality and make their own damn chances with whatever they've been given just like everyone else --modern society is trying to even out the playing field, but the truth is life (as it is currently) is not fair. Not sorry, grow the fuck up and handle your own problems just like everyone else has to, lurkers. 💁♀️

They're very invested in theory. Anyone noticed with all their what-about hypothetical situations? Yeah, there's logically no reason for them to be so offended that a random woman online has standards they don't meet, a woman they very well might not even be into irl. But ThEoReTiCaLLy they could and the fact that anyone is denying them this chance hurts their ego, no matter what a nonexistent chance it is.

They're invested in the "both sides" narrative. They don't actually care about our standards or perspective or dating us at all they just think they can normalise the least subtle sects of misogyny by pointing at us and saying "women do it too." It doesn't matter that this us wildly inaccurate and even if true wouldn't mean what they say it means, they just need something to point at and it works.

Because they don’t want women to have standards.

This! I always have men in my dms telling me I’m a “sexist broke btch and how I’m not ”bad” enough to have high standards. Like okay? Go find another woman who will fit YOUR standards and leave me alone you scrote🤢

And I'm probably "too picky" or there's something wrong with me coz I haven't married and settled with anyone yet!

So broke up with my ex and then I found Reddit and FDS few months later ... Thank you quarantine life. I had a recent conversation with him and I told him if I had found this sub earlier in our relationship and tuned in like I am now... he would have never made it as far as he did. Damn my pickmeisha ways. He cancelled plans, hardly gave me much quality time, hardly was transparent and hardly affectionate or romantic towards me! We stayed close as friends especially after his sister passed away but my ex has now decided to tell me I’m the one he doesn’t want to lose. And that he will do everything to make us work. He os ready to do a 180. He took me out on a date, he opened doors... when before I had to tell him this is something I wanted. I mentioned my face was breaking out, he surprised me with a facial. I’ve gotten flowers n edible arrangements. Gifts and Cashapps for my hair & nails.
He took everything I was telling him to do as being high maintenance before and look at him now... doing everything to win me back.
I had to tell him to move and mean it... but I only did this after I got fed up. Only after I had enough and got hurt from his lack of effort & time.

The sad thing is, men like this will do all this to win you back, and if you ever did go back with him he would revert right back to his old ways eventually. Don’t fall for it

If you do continue in this arrangement, you should be alert for if/when a few months down the road he gets tired of treating you well and reverting to his old ways. Guard your heart until it is clear it isn’t a short term promise, and never be afraid to leave when he stops treasuring you as a partner.
What a bummer it is, I must say, that he clearly knows how to be sensitive to your needs and wants, but has chosen not to do so until you broke up with him.

Did his sister pass away when you were together or after you broke up? That must have been hard on you also! Because he was treating you like rubbish, but maybe you would have felt you needed to support him with his loss? It’s so frustrating that men don’t appreciate women sticking around and supporting them. They rarely give the same back.
I truly hope he has realised and changed his ways for good. You sound like a smart woman so I’m sure you’ll stay aware if he backslides into his old ways.

His sister passed away after the I broke it off. I felt like he need the support and someone to check on him.
No way I’m sticking around if he reverts... right now I’m dating other ppl n he knows.
