And if men had to go through even half of what many women go through in terms of being raped, emotionally abused, physically abused, having to deal with the feelings of insecurity and inadequacy because of their man’s porn use, cheating, talking about other women provocatively, while still trying to keep their head held high, keep theirs and their families lives together, deal with sexist gross comments, and pickmeishas also undoing any good ground work, they would be rocking in the corner crying!

The interesting thing with male logic is how circular it really is. Goes something like “I think the sky is orange. I am a man. Therefore my conclusions are logical” with no further thought given. It would be hilarious if it wasn’t sad and disturbing.

Actually women are shown to have higher emotional intelligence, which means that they actually handle and control their emotions way better. We may show more emotions, but they are healthy and makes us more emotionally strong. Statistically, women are less likely to be violently angry or fall into addictions and other risky behaviors. We are patient and can bear A LOT, on top of that, society conditions us to be people pleasers. Crying during a movie or jumping in happiness when we see a friend is appropriate reaction, beating someone up for a trivial reason is not.

This is so true. I have 3 younger brothers, we all went through childhood trauma but I had it much worse, being the only girl and being the only one with brown skin. All 3 brothers have either ended up in prison, turned to hard drugs and beat their girlfriends just like my shitty stepfather. I don't do anything like that and started having therapy for my issues 5 years ago. I think we are more resilient, generally speaking.

Yup, we’ve historically had to be. We were the ones tasked with bearing and raising the children while also being abused and raped by men. We HAD to be strong, or the future would’ve crumbled under our trauma response. Women are so damn strong, I see silent strength all around me, and all throughout history.
