Okay but can we remind guys:

He's not entitled to a reason why.
That "no" isn't an invitation to badgering and begging.
That "no" isn't an invitation to ask the same question a different way.
That "no" to a sex act means "no, period".
That not being willing to accept no as answer is not a failure of communication on her behalf; it's a failure of acceptance on his end.

I want to take assertiveness classes. A man at work pointed out I say sorry all the time and that I don't need to and he's right I do, I wasn't really aware of it before.

I practiced saying no just yesterday. I showed up to a restaurant that we both said yes to and this man called and said he was worried about his dog so he had to run back and check on her. I said ok, I’ll be sitting at so-and-so table. He paused for a moment and HAD THE FUCKING audacity to say “well, I just got here. Would you like to come over and we’ll just get takeout?” He was 7 min from this restaurant at most. I literally laughed at him on the phone and said ❤️No❤️ Sat down and had myself a great meal

Yep, I've gotten better, but I still have to edit out so many "sorry"'s from messages etc. when I just want to say "no".
