I would understand if someone did that to be petty about paying a fine or losing a bet to a friend. But paying your child support? 18 years of built-up frustration he says. What about about the frustration of the mother who was alone, dude? It seems like she had no support from him apart from the money for child support. His own daughter said she was low contact with him. Although, I'm sure everyone prefers being alone than being with a scrote like this guy. But what about the financial support? Why should the woman not get money for child support? Isn't he the father? Then he is responsible.
And to hurt his daughter like that. What an insult to her, to show her that this is how he views her, as a burden he was not only eager to get rid of but also felt the need to take revenge on her and her mother because of the "frustration" she caused.

Clearly this guy was an abuser. No wonder his ex had a camera up. Imagine the premeditation he had to put into all that - the searing resentment that he had to take care of his own children. Why won’t they say his name? Was he cited or arrested? This is not a feel-good story.
