Love how men use honesty as an excuse to be assholes.

Some guy told me i look nothing like my picture (i look exactly like my picture but with acne scars which i also told him of and told him that i don't have a clear skin).When i asked why he said "Well...your skin is very nice on the picture and in real life it's...not as good. I'm just being honest." while he has acne under his beard that grows in patches.

I made this comment there, but I want to make it here too for the sake of context for FDS readers. This isn't the first time she's posted about him, and this is all the more nefarious for what else she's posted. My post:

Hey, /u/justachoo! I made a comment about arguing skills here, but I wanted to address a couple of other things from your comment history about this relationship.

About a month ago, you posted about him keeping in contact with his abusive ex and the discomfort this caused you. They have chatversations. (link)
You know his ex was abusive because he and his friends have recounted her toxic and controlling behavior. In your words: "he wasn't allowed to have friends, go to the gym or even reply to her later than few minutes"
About a week ago, you posted about his friends being jerkwads to you. "They made fun of my looks, my body, my ethnicity, my accent and a lot more." They made fun of you, directly to you. His response? "He thinks I'm being too sensitive." (link)
And then there's yesterday, when you made this post, expressing your lack of security from his behavior with other women and directly to you about other women.

I'm going to throw out a crazy hypothetical here: maybe, in relationships, he makes women feel insecure about him interacting with other women and subjects his partner to the disrespect of his friend group.

Doesn't that kind of, like, exactly line up with the behavior of his crazy, toxic ex? And if he builds up her response as crazy, doesn't it disallow you from fairly holding him accountable?

If you ask him to not spend time with the assholes who disrespected you (which is inexcusable and disgusting, by the way), don't you become the crazy girl who won't let him have friends?

He gets to hide under the guise of being an abuse victim because you won't question it. Why would the man you care about lie about something as serious as abuse? Could it be because when his partners don't let him abuse her anymore, he sees that as abuse?

This man is red flags all over, and your intuition is signalling them. This is your third post in a month. You know what's up. Please take care of yourself and completely cut him off. Don't waste your youth and love on him.

Please don't ever stay with anyone who makes you feel like this, invalidates your feelings when you try to express them, and defends people who insult and mock you. This is the first year of your relationship, it's only going to get worse if you're already asking questions like this in the beginning.
