A male nurse or aid should always be present for any female doctor with a male patient for safety and liability.

I feel for the female doctors in this position and have unfortunately been exposed to this depravity firsthand.

My porn sick ex husband secretly took photos during a pelvic exam during my pregnancy... featuring the attractive doctor who delivered our daughter.

The old war vets at the VA are the worst about this kind of stuff. Rotating there as a student is awful and I will never ever work at a VA (I don’t have any interest in prescribing a bunch of Klonopin all day anyway! 🤷🏻‍♀️)

I’m a caregiver and student nurse. Many times an older guy claims he “can’t” wash his dick properly. Sometimes they really can’t (cognitive/physical problems), but god you can just tell when they’re bullshitting and it grosses me out. I’m just trying to do my job and help them but the odd few seem to think it’s okay to exploit that :(

I'm a female health care provider, and I've had male patients ask me to check their genitals (not part of my job), tell me they're getting an erection from my physical exam, or try to grab me while I am examining them. No one really talks about this.
