Women these days are so eager to show how worthy they are, how generous, self-sufficient, understanding, forgiving, and affordable. The joke is that no man worth a damn would care about any of those things, beyond the woman being a functional member of society, because a man who has his life together has his life together and wouldn't need a woman to carry the whole relationship. They didn't buy anything.... Why do I always hope that these things won't be so bad? Like, maybe she was really into the Stoney Clover Lane purses at Target and he was going to buy her one? Nope. Update there was no other dates and she ended doing a thrift store "date" where the scrote stole $20 from her! There us NO reward for being the cool-girl pickme she was trying so hard to be. The svrotes used and literally stole from her and wasted her time.
