It's actually true. I was on r/nofap because I was curious about the men who participate, and all of them say how their lives are so much more fulfilling without pornography and focusing on the women in front of them. Many also say how much more creative and productive they are, and a lot of the top posts are projects they've come up with on their free time (quite a few are impressive).

I have to agree with this. Anytime I’ve chased a man something felt not right about it. Like it didn’t feel natural... i was just following the advice that society gave me but it was making more unhappy than I already was. Now I don’t bother with it and I feel happy, comfortable, and I feel like myself

I don't know. I'm wary of "it's natural! It's the way of life" type of arguments because I don't think we are confined to the ways of nature and it's often used to tear women down, like "women are naturally weaker, it's the natural order so you can't join combat military. Women are naturally more emotional so you can't be politicians."
