Ladies, be super careful about the content you consume: books, music, movies, literally anything that crosses your path. Whether you’re aware of it or not, bad behaviors and low standards have an effect on your brain, even if you are an avid FDSer.

I had to stop watching most movies with any type of violence (bloody or not) because I realized how it desensitized me to something undeniably terrible. Horror, disgust, and discomfort are all natural responses to inappropriate media. Don’t let yourself be influenced by them, especially when they portray relationships that are particularly unfair or degrading towards women as “normal”

great idea! women are socialised into putting up with so much shit, the principle of simply not partaking in activities or associating with people that bring no positives into your life just gets forgotten. abusive musicians, no value exes, even foods you don't like...block and remove!

This reminds me of a new rap song I’ve been listening to and in the third sentence he says “I do all these floozies worser than their daddy” . I’ve taken to rapping over that part with “I do all these losers worser than their mammy”
