Depends how much you want to splurge. I love gifting people (family, friends, so etc.) so I’d pay £50 for a nice 50ml fragrance at this point. But oifyou don’t wanna spend, make something with your own hands.

When my last relationship was still new(ish), he was obsessed with this specific brand of pita chips. For Christmas, I got him 10 bags. He loved it. Maybe you can think of something inexpensive and thoughtful like that.

I'd default to paying for some sort of experience together - see a film or a show or a theatre production of something you would both enjoy.
