Abortion: The right for the woman to choose if she wants to be a parent or not. -> meaning even having unprotected consentual sex doesn't make a woman consent to have a child.

My Claim: If abortion is the right to choose to keep a kid or not then men should have that right too (Equality/Equal treatment).

Argument against: Men have a choice whether to have sex or not. If a man is old enough to have sex, then he is old enough to take responsibility by using protection. If a man is old enough to have sex, then he is also old enough to understand the potential consequences of having sex.

The person I talked to claimed to be for equal treatment but it seems that she only believe that unequal treatment is when women are under men.
