Don't know how to specifically achieve it, but equality in police protocol and court handling of domestic abuse & sexual misbehavior. Everyone gets the same consequences for the same actions. Judgment is based on action, not results of action (i.e. Women can't be held to a lesser standard of behavior regarding physical aggression just because they're weaker and less likely to injure - a punch is punch, period). Nobody gets judged for anything unless it can be objectively verified by evidence to be true. Until objectively verified by evidence, identities should be protected from the public. Willfully lying about domestic abuse or sexual misconduct should carry consequences, even as informal rumor-spreading that's never reported to police.

This is my top gender issue, and I'm likely to avoid ever being in a relationship again until there is significant progress on it. So probably single for the rest of my life.

Making rape laws gender equal. As in make it possible to charge women/girls with rape when the victim is male and treat it with the same weight and strictness as a male raping a woman.

Make life time alimony an exception rather than the norm. Unless there's some special circumstance alimony should be limited to a certain number of years. Got to eliminate this nonsense of being married for 5 years and a court awarding her a cut of his pay for the rest of his life.

The quickest way to archive it would be by really start questioning the conservative and traditionalist whom perpetuate the status quo of requiring men to act in ways which creates structures where these things happen.
