Usually I don’t agree with everything posted on here, but this guy’s post is more of a self-congratulations that’s he’s a dad and married.

Which is fine if that’s what you consider to be a “man” fits what you do. But that’s your definition and shouldn’t be imposed on others. Traditionally men were considered men who died in battle or those that knew how to live on the land... or those that had killed someone.

The thing is the definition of being a man is deeply personal to each of us. And some of us would consider this person a failure (many here at MGTOW do). He shouldn’t be pushing his agenda on others. And if this guy is happy in the position he’s in, awesome, I’m happy for him.

I unironically agree with this but these men are severely underestimating the amount of "manning up" that is really required: fixing all the messes women are making, taking away their false "rights" and privileges, having healthy families, enduring the conflicts with feminists, preparing men in the event of a divorce and its aftermath (support even if they "man up" and it is still not enough to appease the uncontrolled desires of modern women), shaming many women for acting completely out of their traditional role today, fixing the legal conditions of the "plantation", etc.

Having a smug attitude about "doing one's duty" (in a half-tradcon way, not even fully traditional) and shaming MGTOWs and others for not doing it (while not shaming the women who are contributing to many of the problems of breakdowns between the genders), without giving them the tools to have successful and healthy relationships and to have some patience with a lot of the confusion men are enduring today, just adds more stress to the picture a lot of times and is not helpful.
