I recommend all MEN, even the hopeless and voidless ones that tarnish these subreddits to take up bodybuilding.
Growing your body as a man has countless benefits and is a keystone habit that will permeate through the rest of your life.
You learn a very basic lesson about hard work and the inevitable rewards/results that come from it.
Your body will speak much louder than any words in setting self respect in your surrounding. Women will naturally submit to you although that is never the goal as a MGTOW.
Check the bodybuilding subreddit.
The gym is also and will always be a male dominated space so you won't fear any soft weak SJWs in there. Even if they drop by during the beginning of the year with their shit resolutions, they fall out like weak clam flies that they are.
I recommend you go at it alone, with your music and motivation/inspiration. I've seen gym crews get infested by clams, sooner or later.
Embrace your male-hood, sculpt and celebrate your male body.
Hit the Iron!
THE CYNICAL WIMPS WILL BE GIVEN SILENCE. YOU'RE WELCOME

"Do you even lift, bro?" sez bodybuilder.
"I just rode a double century on my bike in under two hours," says the skinny cyclist.
"What's that?" asks the iron lifter.
"I rode 200 miles. A century is a 100 miles on a bike." The cyclist says.
"That's nothing" says the lifter. "I can bench four sets at 500 kilos."
"How long does that take you?"
"About ten minutes."
The cyclist asks the iron dude if he wants to take a bike trip. The lifter replies that's for wimps.
Exercise the way you want. There is not only one way.

A double century is 200 miles in distance. It is possible to cover that distance on a bike in about two hours for an experienced rider on the right terrain.
Hell, just doing a double century in a day takes endurance that I doubt a weightlifter is incapable of. But the way lifting is touted on TRP and MGTOW forums, one is lead to believe it is the only physical activity a man should engage in.
I get tired of the "Do you even lift, bro" mentality that props up here.

On the flat plains of the mid-west U.S., it can be done by an experienced rider.
I ain't talking about yer average Sunday in the city park over-weight rider who thinks he's the next Lance Armstrong because he bought all the gear.
I'm talking triathlon athlete level here.
With the right gradient, you'd be surprised what speeds a dedicated rider can do.

I love this Macrus Aurelius quote, which is related:
"In my father... He took a reasonable care of his body's health, not as one who was greatly attached to life, nor out of regard to personal appearance, nor yet in a careless way, but so that, through his own attention, he very seldom stood in need of the physician's art or of medicine or external applications."

Try Vitamin B12 injections to get the buzz back. I don't know about your part of the world but in Australia you pay $8 for 3 ampules, no prescription required, from any chemist. Inject them IM weekly for 3 weeks and then wait a while, and repeat.
