In the Middle East they have what is referred to as Chai Boys. Usually only in the Afghan Army and police. They’re young boys who fetch tea for the soldiers and officers and also have forced sexual encounters with them, it’s very normal there. In majority of cases they around way under 18 I’ve seen them as young as around 14.
