Cement is sexist, men made it heavy so woman can't lift it. If woman where given the chance to make cement instead of being oppressed they would make cement that is diverse and not misoginistic like men's cement.

and just before they complete their introductory probation time before their benefits kick in...they're fired for whatever reason.

I recall a story of a mining company whose employees were scheduled for a raise. The HR department was not getting a raise and the women there employed started raising a stink over it. In response, the company downsized the HR department and told most of them they'd be starting as miners the following morning, with the raise they wanted. No points for guessing how many showed up.
