I've been lifting for five years and this is just utter marketing bullshit. Specifically:

a) Nobody ever wears heels to train. That's just insulting.

b) She's seriously obese, and has no definition at all. She's never worked out a day in her life.

c) Nobody trains in a dimly lit basement with carpet

d) That rack is for storing weights, not lifting.

There are women who lift with her body type, but they're not fat, they're strong as fuck, and they wouldn't be caught dead in something as fake and stupid as this.

Worst is that the rare women who are actually fit get shamed by all the mainstream media / politics / brands because they make the landscapes feel insecure about themselves.

Remember the Maria Kang "What's your excuse?" advert? She had 3 kids in 3 years and she still managed to be fit, started a fitness coaching business to help moms get back in shape after pregnancy. Landwhales (who BTW often don't have the excuse of pregnancy since they have no kids) went nuts and tried to cancel her (but failed).

Keep in mind the AVERAGE American male is overweight with a bmi of 28 or 29, but the AVERAGE American female is OBESE with a BMI above 30. OBESITY is the average for American women. Not overweight, but obese! That is the female average.

This reminds me of the fat female mannequins that Target introduced some time ago. They also have fat female models featured on the advertising photos posted on the walls and displays.

Curiously I have yet to see a fat male mannequin or model at Target or anywhere else for that matter. The male mannequins are either your generic male mannequin, muscular or bodybuilder huge sized.

This pig isn't just fat but straight up obese. It's very likely that she weighs more than the guys in that photo. She's a few doughnuts away from crossing the line into Tess Holliday territory.
