Title IX is a pile of shit. Any two people that have sex are both in violation unless they were each continually saying "yes, I consent" the entire time. Even then, it needs to be "enthusiastic".

Most men are in the "DM;HS" perspective so they don't often report. Women are more likely to regret sex after so they report more often. This makes Title IX look like it's a weapon of women against men... but it's really just a fucked up weapon that anyone can attack anyone else with. If someone says "mansplaining" to you then you'v got a totaly valid Title IX complaint because they "created a hostile environment based on your sex".

More men should file complaints. Hopefully people will eventually figure out that TIX is dumb and get rid of it. In the meantime it is just a lose canon that ruins people's lives randomly.

I also saw this on another site and they had more details. Basically she HAS filed a false rape charge before. She HAS a history of filing a false rape charge. So when this guy found out, he must of have been scared out of his fucking mind and saw his life crashing down.

He protected himself by beating her to the punch.

This should be proof enough that modern dating is too dangerous. Best to hang back and Go Your Own Way until this mess is sorted out.
