I only work 2-3 days a week and I love it. I am taking on a mortgage for a condo soon but once everything is paid off I'm going to rent it out for some income.

Always be working towards a goal. It gives your life meaning and that feeling of accomplishment is fantastic. The happiness of pursuit.

Not to be negative or anything, but am I the only one that finds it ironic that you guys are coming up with rules for "going your own way?"

I would think "going your own way" would mean not having any rules and doing things how you want to do them.

I agree with the idea of no marriage/cohabitation, but one of the main reasons for this is that marriage brings a HUGE set of rules. Rules are bad if you're "going your own way." Just a thought.

Work part time? Don't get a mortgage? Cooking advice? Just because I don't want to live with a broad doesn't mean I want to live in an apartment on a budget. I enjoy driving my mustang that I can afford because I work hard. I want to live in a nice house. I enjoy going out to eat.

Guidelines: Work hard to buy a house and retire early, eat out more often because dinner for one is cheaper than dinner for two. Watch whatever media you want because of you are MGTOW you aren't influenced by the media bias and wear whatever the fuck you want whether it is fashionable or not. Also don't date or live with women.

Don't get a mortgage? That's terrible fucking advice. It's a buyers market, and once the house is paid off you live a lot cheaper than rent ever could be. Also if you get a move 2 bed 1 bath town house or something similar you can pick them up for 65,000 or less in many areas. You can have that paid off in 10-15 years with many jobs. Then all you have is property taclx and utilities. That's 'rent for 350 a month.

Why is having a mortgage worse than renting? Renting you don’t own your property and have nothing to show for the money you pay each month. A mortgage you atleast have equity in your house.

Why wouldn't you get a mortgage to buy a house? If you are renting you are paying someone else. If you own you are paying yourself.

That's why it reads, practical guidelines, for the most part I, myself, follow all but two and I save very well.

Another guideline is if you do work full time, or work in general, try to find the girl:guy ratio before accepting the position. If there's more women than men be ready for A LOT of estrogen, caddiness and drama.

My recommendations:

Don't start conversations with women unless it's work related.
Stop drinking alcohol, specially in public places where there's women, it clouds your reasoning and leads to bad choices.
Use bike transportation. It saves money, keeps you in shape and makes you happier.
Only own a credit card if it's the only way to buy stuff online, otherwise you're better without it.
Learn as much stuff as you can that can/will be helpful to fixing/making your own stuff like: Sewing/hemming, knitting, honing, cooking, haircutting, soldering, programming/automation, etc.
