But I am actually getting burnt out.

I could use some perspective, hopefully I’ve left enough thoughtful replies to other men’s answers on this sub that I could ask for some in return. Much appreciated.

I’m a very high performer. I can’t imagine working a 9-5; I have worked 7 days a week for the last decade, and enjoyed the journey immensely. I always thought I’d never burnout because I enjoy what I do so much.

But part of the enjoyment always came from a place of thinking that if I just worked hard enough, I’d eventually find groups of like minded people that celebrate the hard work, and are grateful; in the same way that when I see people striving for success, I am excited and thrilled for them, and am very quick to compliment and appreciate what they’re doing. I even love seeing when people achieve more than I do- it excites me that we live in a world where we can witness so many avenues for success, more so than any individual could do alone in their lifetime.

But it’s been a decade. And don’t get me wrong, I am pleased with what I’ve accomplished, and hungry for more. I look forward to the next decade. But I am getting tired of consistently getting put in my place for going above and beyond. I’m tired of working so hard and going outside the box to get something done, only to be reprimanded, or discouraged, or taken away from a project.

Don’t get me wrong, I have so many opportunities that it keeps me up at night, and several times in my life I’ve pivoted so fast from a project without looking back because I don’t need that bullshit in my life. But I’m at a place now where I’d rather not pivot again; I want to see this through. But, and I can’t believe I am actually saying this, I am finally starting to burnout. Not from the work, but from the people.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
