We have a credit rating. Right? We should have a tax rating. If you pay more in taxes than you take out. Then you have a positive tax rating and you can vote. If you take out of the system than you put int. Then you get a negative rating and you are not allowed to vote.

We have that system and few women will vote at all because they take out more than they put in.
