Overly sad after what my dad said.

Hey fellas,

So I was doing some dad and son talking, and the discussion moved towards talking about the near future, i said something along the lines of

" it'll get better once i graduate and start working, we're fine financially so we can save my salary and have good investment within 3-4 years, stem fields pay good it shouldn't take long right?"

he then says the crushing words,

" you're forgetting your future wife and children, we can't just save your income since you need it for your family"

Havn't even graduated university and my income is already being assigned to some nonexistent thot i'll never marry smh.
