This is what happens. People call you a fat shamer when you point out the health problems. 20 year olds might get away with obesity but this is the result. A skeleton can't hold that much weight and organs can't work at a reasonable pace to sustain it.

Shouldn't be promoted as beautiful in any way. Shouldn't be influencing kids or adults to an early grave.
