Creep= ugly. I learned this from an early age from my female relatives and friends. Noticed from a young age that if someone considered ugly said anything, it was considered creepy. Attractive guy can be completely vulgar and most girls would laugh and flirt with him, he was never considered creepy.

Being labeled "creep" is not just being ugly.

It's also how you behave, your attitude, and that attitude is a result of being raised by a single mother.

You are running womens mental programming in the body of a man, that's why it's so "creepy" to women.

When they look at you, they see a wolf wearing sheeps clothing, they perceive it as a sneak-attack.

They can tell that your behavior is not genuine.

Dude might also have autism as well. Lots of people with autism are undiagnosed. For a person with autism, all social interaction is "fake", it's recited/scripted. The social cortex of the brain is not there, can't process all the non-verbal communication, so he makes lots of social mistakes without knowing he's doing so.

All of the social behaviors of an autistic person come across as "ungenuine", because it's basically acting, the emotion is fake. So when they see this "acting", they're repulsed, it's like "uncanny valley", talking to a robot that is behaving like a human, but you can still tell it's not a human, and THAT'S "creepy".

creepiness is not defined specifically by what one DOES. What one IS is plenty sufficient to be creepy, by definition. This is unfortuante, and frankly, women are doing themselves a diservice by having no possible sense of shame or self-reflection about their knee-jerk reactions/feelings. But strictly in terms of weather or not some of us are creeps, despite the lack of creepy BEHAVIOR, the answers yes. Some of our very existence serves to creep them out.
