Too much work, not enough reward.
Too much risk--why should I gamble half my net worth, child support, alimony, time, etc. if there's no guarantee that she'll stay with me?
Society is too gynocentric; there's no winning as a married man in modern society. Authoritative men are seen as "abusive;" society will always side with the woman.

Women are manipulating and I am not good at game planning.
I want my own space with friends which I'll never get with a girl on the side.
Keeping a check on her "if she is fucking somebody else", takes a lot of time and effort. Because you know she will so why take a chance.
Women lacks empathy.
Man ego/attitude among ladies makes it harder for me to convince them for something. I'm not good at it.

I'm an introvert, so by nature I love being alone. I do not like having time taken away from what I like to do.

I've dated before (but only online), and I've always been inclined to spend most of my time with her. This results in me having 0 time for myself to self-improve: - No weightlifting - No biology book-reading - No personal self-improvement (think people like Jordan Peterson, Susan Cain, Brian Little)

I've had no time to explore the self, as in what I need from life to sustain myself and not feel down all the time. Now I've realized that Microbiology suits me as a person on multiple levels, so I'll begin my study on that starting next year (August/September, I believe).

Of course I'm afraid of getting my heart broken again too, because I've been a simp on all my previous relationships and I dare say I'm not anymore. I don't give a fuck about being with a woman at the moment. I'd rather bust a nut and continue lifting & reading -- Way more efficient and it works well enough for me.

Relationships are too much work, like you said, and like I explained above. It takes away from my time, space, effort, money, goods, etc. It's a major investment that I'm no longer willing to make.

I'd rather jack to porn and then be the best me I can be than waste most of my resources (time, money, items, effort, emotions, etc.) on a female.

I'm 21 and have basically only been in exclusive relationships for the past 3 years, being single for a total of maybe 4 months. I was afraid of being lonely, but now I'm afraid of ending up with someone I'll regret.

I enjoy being in several casual relationships. I don't have to worry about too much drama and everything is rather chill. It's easier to end things and sex comes easy. My options are open as well, I'm just waiting for someone really special, who feels the same about me.

That sums it up. I never dated all that much when I was younger but I didn't like the games most women play, so I stopped trying to date and never looked back. I haven't had a date in a couple of decades and it doesn't bother me at all.
