To be fair this sort of thing is likely to be abused by anybody with a grudge willing to make up a story. But, those who know the person are probably in a position to judge for themselves.

In any case, it all comes down to opportunity. A lot of women who haven't cheated just haven't had the opportunity to do so (that is, for a chance at something worth the risk). If they thought they had a real shot at Christian Grey I'm not sure how many would stick around.
