I mean that’s an objectively false statement but ok. E Cigs are much, much safer than regular cigarettes based just off the fact that there is no combustion, which means the majority of the carcinogens found in unconventional cigarettes aren’t found in e cigs.
Is it better to smoke/vape nothing at all? Of course. But it’s disingenuous to claim that e cigs and regular cigs are equally as harmful.

I’m struggling to see what your point is. E cigs aren’t less harmful than cigarettes because there are people with lung cancer from smoking regular cigarettes?
There’s nobody in the hospital with cancer caused by e-cigarettes as they haven’t been around long enough to see the long term effects, which is actually one of the major arguments against them. However, we can analyze the contents of the vapor and see that it lacks many of the carcinogens that cigarette smoke has.

Vapes are not great but it's a lot better than smoking. My friend went from smoking 40 a day to puffing on a vape all the time and he seems a lot healthier now. He is one of those people who just couldn't give up.
What there is, is a lot of shade being thrown by the Tobacco lobby. Every few months they put out a study saying vape contains x-chemical which causes y-illness. Then if you look into it cigarettes contain 10-100-1000 times that amount of chemical. Most people who have got ill from vaping normally got dodgy e-liquid. Most of those people who died last month apparently were on e-liquid that contained synthetic cannabis or "spice" which is just crazy dangerous in whatever form its in.
People in my former home town were doing a similar product called "black mamba" and there were numerous incidents of people dying, becoming zombie like and attacking people.

I had the same problem with my truck and my mechanic advised me to simply leave the truck running, connect a hose from the exhaust pipe into the cab of the vehicle and then roll up the windows. He said usually in 30 to 45 minutes the noise goes away. He did advise me however that in some states this procedure, although affective, may not be legal.
