Not every chad is a a-hole. Most chads are bro's. I have always been a chad. I never picked on the little guy without reason. The only times i had trouble with the school nerds was because he was white knighting for some stacy who friendzoned him. I fucked her sometimes without any comitment. She is crying to him about me being a asshole for not calling. And than the nerdy dude gets pist at me. And somehow he thinks it's his job to confront me about it. So i pushed him around a bit. Does that make me a bully? He was giving me shit for some stupid whore who didnt give one shit about him. Who was fucking me again later that same day. It's those bitches that are causing these problems between chads and non-chads.

I was a chad-lite at one point and my incel cousin and friends were some of the men I was most concerned for .

Though we may compete for the same pool of women only a man can understand the shitty side of being a man . So when my cousin would lament how much it sucked not having a girl in his lifeI knew how he felt because there were tiems in my life where I couldn't get the girl either . I legitimately wanted to see him happy because I love him , appreciate him , and as a man can empathize with him .

The thing to remember is that we are ALL men some of us are blue collar , some of us are white collar, some of us are just trying to get by . we're all different races, religions, nationalities, and we sure as hell all have lots of different hobbies on this sub but that's what's always made men strong being able to work through our differences ,understand each other even if conflict had to happen first.

I feel like the whole Alphas vs. betas bullshit is just more ways we use women to turn against each other . I am friends with incels , betas, and alphas and you know what I can tell you ? After a few drinks I don't care a good man is a good man . We all see these THOTS differently and that is frustrating but as far as respecting and appreciating our fellow men ? I think that's something we all should embrace .

I think men help make other men better if we work together .

Here's a thought that doesn't cross many guys minds. Chads have noticed, and learned, the same things about women as any smart guy (usually MGTOWs, even if they don't call themselves that).....the difference is they have dealt with their pain by stacking their body and then getting back at women by using them and beating them at their own game....so when they see other guys who have been in a similar/same situation they've been in, they empathize and actually sometimes will help a guy out. Not all Chads, but a lot.

Chad is often used as a negative buzzword here, but remember being a chad isn't necessarily a bad thing. A "Chad" is just someone who exhibits all the traits that women are physically attracted to. But you can be tall, muscular, handsome, charming, ect. and still be a decent human being who doesn't shit on other dudes at the gym.

I’m no chad, but I am a gym rat. I’ve never given anyone shit at the gym, because we are all there to improve. I’m more than happy to give a new guy tips or even have them workout with me, or teach a more seasoned guy a new lift, everyone at my gym is very helpful in the same way. I think it’s just the right thing to do.

Of all the activities at the gym, the deadlift platform is where I help the most people out. Whatever you're doing on the bench, ok bro, be either ridiculously manly and you got it or be kind of weak and I'm proud of you for trying but I know you're a little bit embarrassed so as long as you're not struggling, I'll leave you alone.

Squat rack, weirdly it seems like everyone I see in there is either doing quite well on their form... or overloaded and only doing half reps, and in that case I know the ego is already involved and commenting won't help.

But deadlift.... the deadlift is an area where newbs will try it and be open to their new-ness. And I'm no powerlifter, I'm an old guy who lifts 315, but that's at least enough to vet me as strong enough to give advice to a guy lifting 135.

"Deadlift is the friendliest lift" should be a saying. 💪💪💪

Every gym bro I've ever met has been a good dude. They might seem intimidating but if you talk to them they're normally really enthusiastic and 100% open to helping people get fit and learn about nutrition. You know who taunts fat people at the gym? The cardio-bunnies and the 13/14 year old kids who are just assholes in every aspect of life. The dudes are all about helping out. I love seeing out of shape people at the gym, shows that they're trying to improve themselves.
