My main event has happened last night.

Yesterday morning I want to gym, which was the trigger. She had decided that although previously this wasn’t a problem, that suddenly it was. She ordered me not to go in a bitchy tone when she saw me getting ready, so I kissed her on the head and went anyway. I got back to silent treatment which I ignored and carried on as normal. Then just prior to friends coming over for tea, she leaves.

This isn’t a problem, I entertained just fine and when friends asked where she was, I told them she was grumpy and left. Chicks love the shame of behaving badly.

That night she came home and after the kids were in bed wanted to talk. I suspected that this the main event was coming because she usually prefers to sulk and has been hugely volatile in her moods lately

She starts the talk, she is unhappy, I am too independent, I don’t consider her feels and her feels are sad. She wants to give it a month and then, if not better feelz, we are to separate. She doesn’t like me, but she still loves me.

At this point I was stunned at the power of the Red Pill and the learning. I am at the beginning of this journey, but I sat there calm, calculating, listening, in control, watching for queues, knowing the story as has been written her quite a few time. When she said separation, I understood I needed to take control of the situation.

After she had finished, I had clarified, asked for examples, what would make her feel better etc, I then said that I agreed it wasn’t working, that I wasn’t getting what I wanted out of the relationship either and that separation was the right thing. I just needed to understand why she wanted to wait a month, we should just do it now.

It dropped like a bomb. She was shocked. I then briefly explained that after Years of sexual rejection, I was not surprised that I wasn’t nice and I was ready to move on. I then handed her an “out” by saying that it was such a pity because other than sex, our relationship was great, we made a good team, she had started owning stuff around the house, etc, but I needed both and regardless of everything else, I wouldn’t live in a sexless relationship.

She took the out and started justifying why we shouldn’t throw everything away and how she understood, but feelz, feelz, feelz.

After a short time I agreed to try for a month, but set the clear expectation that if sex wasn’t regular, kinky and very enthusiastic at the end of it, I was out.

I meant every word and today am pulling together a divorce plan. I have told her to get a job. I am interviewing lawyers.

The entire thing was delivered without judgement or negative emotion, it was in my frame and felt balanced. Honestly, I know this is supposed to suck, but it felt great and today feels even better
