I realized I was a beta. I have been working on my alpha-self since. Six months ago I started weightlifting again for the first time in almost twenty years. I'm 38 yrs old. I've made visible gains in strength and size. I've done some wendler 5/3/1, and I found a guy's awesome routine on reddit called Beast Mode Baby Killer. I think it's a good plan and I've enjoyed it. For you long time lifters here, what do you think? Stick with beast mode baby killer or move over to 5x5? My current stats to give a better reference: 5'10" 240lbs BP 120/65 Benching 5x5 250lbs Deep Squats 5x5 300lbs Good Mornings 200lbs Dumbbell shoulder 3x8 press 140lbs Dumbbell row 3x8 100lbs T bar row 4x6 155lbs Pull-ups 5x5

EDIT- Everyone, I didn't expect so many comments and questions. I am at a family function and will get to all questions and comments tonight when I get home. Thanks everyone.
