So I wanted to put this out because I feel I have made a break through for the first time. For the longest I have been blue pill, beta as they come. Whenever the wife asked no matter what it was I did it and even would drop what I was doing at the time to do whatever was asked. Upon discovering MRP I grew angry and even now at times I still am angry but I've began to learn AWALT. For the first time I looked at my wife like I look at my 8 yr old. She insisted I was going to cheat and that she couldn't put up with my bullshit anymore and something just clicked. I didn't care. For the first time ever I thought I COULD live without her. It scared me at first but I embraced it. It brought a sense of calm. I don't NEED my wife. I WANT my wife. Never in my life could I ever have thought that I could live without my wife. Lo and behold life does go on. She continued to argue about Facebook or something to that affect and I just let her go on. When she finished I said "You can stalk and track me, my Facebook or whatever. I am not responsible for your happiness. If you want to waste your time and life trying to see if I will cheat then do it. You will trust me or you won't but believe me when I say things have changed and will continue to change FOR ME. You can either support me or not but if you choose not too I will continue to improve ME without you." Since she still shit test me but they aren't as harsh and she does what I tell her more with less resistance.

I lift 3 times a week. Cardio twice a week.

I've slowly begun to buy new clothes and find my style that makes me happy. Just bought a tailored made suit last week and I love it.

I've slowly been applying game at work. On a side note I turned away a girl for the first time. She asked to go out with me in port (I'm deployed) and I had already made plans with the guys. BP me would have jumped thru hoops to make it happen but I told her it was a guys group and we had plans. She actually got mad and tried to guilt me in to changing my plans cause she thought I was a "nice guy" (Holy shit NMMNG..literally straight from the book) I caught myself laughing. MRP...its real.

In conclusion I wanted to put this out because anyone who is new to MRP like me. I want you to know THIS SHIT IS REAL!! Lift, hold frame, read the side bar and IMPROVE YOURSELF!! There is hope!
