I think maybe. Depends on what she wanted to talk about, and also on the larger context of how you communicate. In my house, "we have to talk" means "let's find a place away from this horde of children so we can resolve a controversy without undermining our united front."

Idk, been there done that. Its overreacting if it is the 3rd or 4th time of "need to talk", but after numerous notices like this it gets old and IMO would be a fitting response.

Depends on context.

Unless she's referring to her being pregnant, your dad being diagnosed with cancer or your grandma dying, it's probably inappropriate to start with 'we have to talk.'

If this was the first time you've gotten a "we have to talk" conversation starter, than maybe.

If not, if this is the 3rd, 4th time, then no. You didn't.

Nothing wrong with standing up for yourself and your dignity, instead of allowing a woman to treat you like a 9 year old boy.

The whole warning about having to have a talk is definitely a power move. It is meant to make you worry all day about what is going to happen in the talk so that your anxiety prevents you from being effective during the communication.

If you ever "have to talk", then your partner can come up to you in person and say "I would like to talk." (meaning at that moment, not at some point in the future)
