Yes. Class and wealth determine privilege far more that gender. It always has been that way.

Feminism is largely privileged white women frustrated because they see a handful of promenant men who are more respected than they are. Maybe those men fought their way to the top with skill and hard work (or crime and dirty tricks). Maybe they were born into billionaire families. Either way, they did not get to the top because they were men. Further, half of all billionaire families are women. These wealthy men all have equally wealthy wives. In contrast, billionaire women almost never marry a poor man.

These privileged women author books on gender that ignore the ten of millions in the lowest classes who are almost all men:

homeless: 85% men
suicides: 80% men
workplace deaths: 85% men
loss of child custody: 85% men
incarcerated: 92% men
conscripted to war: restricted to men for countrys at war

Female privilege is greater than 'male privilege'. But the real privilege is wealth.

Race arguments do that to an even greater degree. Most race issues come down to class. Most, not all.

I think upper classes uses woman to damage lower classes .

Almost all issues can be linked to woman in the western world and initially that does seem like hate or extreme. People would often say "he's bitter or who hurt you"

But let's really consider it, bare in mind, you can't really say this anywhere without being slandered heavily or silenced.

Education system is terrible- woman are teachers majority. In reality it should be older experienced men.

Social support - woman receives the majority for caring, children and illness. Yet it's blamed on immigrants .

Household spending - it's something like 93% if I'm not mistaken. They are the ones buying shit and wasting it on poor quality imported goods.

Dating issues/birthrates - largely due to womans excess fears are causing the majority of this as dating is now extremely risky, say the wrong thing you lose your job or you obtain label of a weirdo. And obviously woman are the ones pulling the trigger on abortions and also divorces.

The question is why this happens is it simply that society would prefer this to a potentially more destructive male world or is it that woman are actually the smarter gender and have manipulated most men into supporting this system or are woman being manipulative by the extreme man hating media.

The solution is already clear , import a more masculine culture such as Muslims or traditional conservative belief from eastern Europe or Africa.

White western people have feminised them selves to death. And it's clear to see.

Yep, also worth mentioning another “coincidence” is wage suppression is a direct outcome of all this.

I used to discuss this with the feminists that i worked at a restaurant with, and would respond with the below and parts of OP’s post when they would bring up not having their own bank accounts, voting rights and the other typical arguments.

“Men repealed those laws. But more specifically *rich* men repealed them. Do you think there was never any ulterior motive for that?”

“Also, you complain constantly about having to work… you’ve said repeatedly you hate it.
the only time you bring this up as a right is to vilify men.”

I’ve since abandoned these conversation topics.
It’s one thing to be tired of the unending rhetoric; but what I really got sick of was the dishonesty. Bringing up these subjects constantly but then changing the subject or resorting to character assassination or shaming when you’re cornered. It was like they just wanted to bitch and complain for the sake of it.

Don’t even get me started on the wage gaps in women’s sports. They would meltdown there.

I live in the Greater Boston area and live in poverty and earn a poverty wage. (Or worse.)

This is generally what happens with progressive identity politics. Everybody talks about all forms of inequality, real or alleged, except the elephant in the room of class based inequality which forms the material basis of oppression. I think it is because the entire system is influenced by capital and the system supports ideas which stabilize it.

Yeah, I completely agree. Modern feminism has, in many ways, been co-opted by the ruling class to divert attention from class politics. But that’s how the bourgeoisie has always dealt with progressive movements, instead of confronting and suppressing them outright, they absorb them, steer them, and reshape them to fit their own agenda. It’s far more effective to control a movement than to fight it.

The entire rise of nth wave feminism (and woke culture, by extension) began in 2012, immediately after the occupy wall st movement, where people realised that the international financial elite were responsible for the 2008 financial crisis, and thus were the real enemy of everyone else. Not a coincidence. It’s all a distraction. Sadly, it worked.

For example, 100 people living as 50 couples need only 50 housing units, but if those same 100 people all live alone, they need 100 units. Because housing is rented and sold by household rather than by individual, an increase in single-person households raises demand for housing even if the population remains unchanged. If new housing construction does not keep pace with this increase in household formation, greater competition for available units can put upward pressure on rents.

What’s the core message of feminism? “Forget about motherhood and depending on men for financial safety. You must prioritize your career and be as independent as possible!”

Talk about a fantastic message for business… and the average man be damned. As a matter of fact, all men have to work even harder to achieve that “marriage material” status. A massive win for corporations and the money overlords…

True, but feminism is actually a "small" part of this problem.

Feminism is trying to create a perception that average man is in almost all aspects of life more privileged than average woman. Which not only isn't true, it's the opposite of truth.

I'm not sure if the second statement is true. It might be, but I don't know. We can see that men tend to work more, hey sicker, use less welfare and healthcare and get fewer education benefits than women and die younger, but we don't know if the cause of these problems is because women are explicitly privileged by society or other causes (we also don't know if the burdens in women specifically impressed by society -- typically in informal ways -- are actually comparable to those imposed upon men -- typically in formal ways). Like I said, your statement could be true, but we can't just assume.

Instead of rebeling against the extreme inflation and death of middle class and the fact that rich people barely pay taxes, people are preoccupied fighting a strawman of patriarchy.

This is correct. But it's much more than just feminism. Even the algorithms on Reddit to choose which posts to show us in our slop troughs prioritize noise over the major issues of inequality harming the 97% (just like news institutions did and so on). This is not a new problem, and it's not specific to feminism.

In fact, contemporary feminism almost certainly has been coopted to serve this purpose of providing cover for the larger issue.

I don’t think so. The most radical feminists are the midwits with useless degrees that think their degree makes them part of the elite social class. Your views about who pays taxes also seem strange. I’m guessing you live in the US, which has the most progressive tax system in the world and where the middle class is only shrinking because so many people move into the upper class.

The framing that socio-political life of humanity is classist is not that outragous or ridiculous intellectually, but they sometimes view human variation as a class stuggle, where the "classes" are classified and identified in one singular way. The idea that there exists a struggle and a division between the owner class and the working class, and that its' in a struggle with capitalist elites is in and of itself another presumption, and others groupings can center or cluster society into other, more meaninful or well-supported, groups and sub-groups. This is more meaninful in the sense that it predicts, and is correlated, with many other domains of life.
