Eh, that's just someone trolling with the sole purpose of being a douchebag, and it isn't exactly helpful. I'd rather see someone question the OP, asking what she's doing to change the situation. Has she taken steps to getting her MBA and working through a company to become a CEO, or is her contribution complaining on Facebook?

The issue is that males have larger standard deviations for traits than women do. This is a mammalian thing, not just a human thing. For example, the gender ratio of people with an IQ of 170+ is 30:1 men. An IQ of 170+ is only +4SD from norm. Admittedly, that's only .007% of the population, but if CEOs were the same small percentage of the population we'd expect to see only 3% of CEOs being women.

But Fortune 500 CEOs are actually more rare than that... If we use the adult US population which is 240M people we see that Fortune 500 CEOs are actually more rare than people with IQs of 170+, which means we should see even less female representation at that level. If we look at the adult population of the world (because nobody says the Fortune 500 CEOs have to be American)... you get the drift.

So no matter how you look at it, women are overrepresented at these levels than the would be if the position was based on IQ and merit.

So why are women overrepresented at the CEO level? Let's start asking that question.

I'd further argue that a majority of CEOs are sociopaths therefore they are being ableist against those with mental disorders.

We could assume that the person saying things about transphobia is a guy just being frustrating with the same kind of frustration OR they are someone that really does believe that stuff and we are just witnessing two types of cancer fighting each other.
