I was hoping you could tell me a bit about the ways MRM approaches intersectionality. Many of the issues discussed here, especially male incarceration and prison rape, but also men and children living in poverty, domestic violence, issues of masculinity, and so on, are very, very heavily racialized in USian society. I was curious how you would approach these sorts of issues and include intersectionality (I'm focusing on race, obviously, but this also includes sexuality, class, nationality, and disability, among others) in your analyses. Part of this was inspired by an op-ed piece I read, linked to from here, which leveled some charges that the MRM is largely a Eurocentric movement by and for straight white men. But from what I've seen, this board, at least, seems to be very anti-racist and you are very good at downvoting explicitly racist or homophobic posts. I just want to hear how you conceptualize these other forms of oppression within your MRM framework.
