Firstly I’d like to say that I really appreciate communities like this one for shining a light on important issues related to men’s mental health and rights, it’s been a great place for me.

My story is that I had this lecturer that had an agenda against me, would constantly criticise me at any opportunity and would never help at all with my course work. The situation made me really depressed and anxious feeling afraid like nobody cared, it was really difficult before I eventually put in a report to campus about this lecturer in what I feel was unequal treatment from her and how it was affecting my mental health and academic performance.

Things from there just drag on for weeks seemingly going nowhere as I’m becoming more anxious and became desperate to speak out on not only myself but also men’s issues, I panicked and made a stupid mistake in putting a note in her bag that said “the education system doesn’t care about working class white males”. I know it was a bad decision that I of course regret and understand how serious it’s been portrayed by the university and the lecturer, I honestly fucked up and never meant any harm but understand the consequences.

I honestly am so lost right now, I was in a bad situation while also wanting to speak out on these issues. My fate was already sealed before the hearing which is disappointing and did speak openly and honestly while also discussing men’s issues like the 10% drop in university admissions for white males and the statistics that show how much men are suffering, they seemed to write that part off asking if I suffer from delusions.

This post is long but thanks for anyone that reads, will answer any questions or provide more details if Interested and hopefully better days ahead, just needed to blow off steam. Thanks bros
