As someone under 25 what's the magic words to convince a doctor to preform a vasectomy on me?

1) At what age does impotency start to be a potential problem among your clients/patients?

2) Is testosterone replacement only related to restoring erection or are there any other potential benefits/consequences as a side effect?

3) (might be weird) - Do you ever encounter women, wives/girlfriends in particular, who try to control the sexual health of their partners? Like trying to restrain them from getting a vasectomy or push them to get testosterone treatment?

The USPSTF recommendation to D-list PSA screening was made without consulting a single urologist ... or a single cancer expert. Here is how the USPSTF justified this criminally irresponsible decision:

The fact that no urologist is on the panel is irrelevant, as the data are what the data are. The task force sent out its draft recommendations to the specific organizations, as well as the public at large, for comment and considered every scientifically based objection because the task force is evidence-driven.

Presumably, the "specific organizations" that had an opportunity to influence the ruling include the seven offices of women's health established under Obamacare, and charged with overseeing the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF). The USPSTF determines which health coverage insurance companies must offer free of charge (“A” recommendation), which treatments must be offered with a copayment (“B” recommendation), which treatments are optional (“C” recommendation), and which treatments are not covered (“D” recommendation).

Why were seven offices of women's health in charge of reviewing availability of life saving medical care for men ... but no urologists (or cancer specialists) had a chance to give input? As a urologist, do you think that this was respectful to your work and experience? As a man, do you think that Obamare would have reduced costs by condemned 300,000 women per year to death?

For the record, here is the exact language used by Obamacare to establish 5 (and expand 2) offices of women's health ... with ZERO offices of men's health to match:

1) Expands the Office of Women’s Health within the Department of Health and Human Services., currently headed by Wanda K. Jones.

2) “There is established within the Office of the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), an office to be known as the Office of Women’s Health ," currenlty headed by Yvonne Green.

3) “Establishing within the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration an Office of Women’s Health ."

4) “There is established within the Office of the Director, an Office of Women’s Health and Gender Based Research," currently headed by Rosaly Correa-de-Araujo (called the Agency for healthcare research and quality).

5) “The Secretary shall establish within the Office of the Administration of the Health Resources and Services Administration, an office to be known as the Office on Women’s Health," currently headed by Sabrina Matoff-Stepp.

6) Expands the Office of Women’s Health in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

7) "Establishes the Office of Research on Women’s Health (ORWH) within the National Institutes of Health," currently headed by Vivian W. Pinn.

Something I've been wondering about but haven't looked into is... Isn't it possible to extract sperm directly from the testicles and use that for conception? Is it really required to reverse the vasectomy to procreate? Why does a man have to store sperm (in a sperm bank)? Doesn't his body continue to create it?

This is slightly an irrelevant question but would it be wise to bank your sperm and get a vasectomy at a young age due to the higher risk of genetic mutations in your sperm as you age? I heard that as you age if you have a child the chances of genetic mutations increase. This is true for both men and woman. So if you get vasectomy at a young age, you will not be able to get a girl pregnant and you can keep your sperm to produce healthy offspring in the future.
