Interesting point. You'd think they'd talk more about just misogynists. But they can't do it without talking about men as a group. Applies to it all.

Just highlights how they really try to paint "men" as being the embodiment of all the wrongs in the world. I think that what they mean by "toxic masculinity", that it's toxic to be masculine. I know some of the defensive feminists say otherwise. The ones who come out of the wood work to remind us all that "not all feminists do that" and that "that's not real feminism", but are completely invisible when feminism is doing just that. They claim that it's just the 'extreme' end.

I think feminism really does, or at least finds it important to paint, masculinity as inherently toxic/evil. Explains the boys being punished for normal masculine behavior, and boys expected to act like girls do.

Just part of this whole thing.

I'm for freedom of expression and all, but may I suggest taking the high road when discussing feminist issues. using pejoratives lowers us to the level of women who unfairly defame us, and gives them ammunition against us.
