What can you expect from a bunch of narcissists who think they're fighting an imaginary world order that is said to exclusively 'benefit' all men without any clear evidence of said 'benefits' anywhere? You can't expect 'sanity' or 'logic' from a collective that believes their safety is inviolable around bears, while simultaneously demanding that white knights come to their rescue when they encounter physical threats - the very same population who go on lengthy diatribes about how their 'strength is comparable to, or even surpassing that of,' the vilified demographic, in spite of the fact that even the average male isn't as strong as the average female pro mixed-martial-arts fighter, let alone a pro male one.

Their illogical nonsense will stop when people begin to view their ravings in the same light as that of religious extremists, cultists, radical political nutjobs, or conspiracy theorists. Their 'logic' is a joke. If you give credence to a joke, you become the bigger fool. Don't. Walk away. Let them be idiots on their own time and cultivate other idiots to populate their tribe with. Sooner or later, some of their 'followers' will realise the idiocy, or, if they don't, they'll die the delusional imbeciles they are. I've been to Japan several times, love the culture, although it is an aging population with a reverse demographic as more older men than young desirable girls. It's not hard to see in all through the culture media such as Anime of the whole creepy desire aspect in every show. Then there is the whole pact subway trope of a girl felt up on the subway that everyone is well aware of.

True doesn't help your case at all with media pushing this and boys also deal with the same if not worst sexualization and S.A. but are not defended as much as girls are, so get ignored more.

After WW2, Japan went through a huge rapid boom in population and modernization, which allowed a hierarchy and normalized "creepy" culture of the rich business man. Then, they painted all men there today under the same brush. I understand it's difficult there with rampant inflation, which also makes Hypergamy insane there. While, the young men having all the workload and ignored and mistreated by the girls and society. Hense why Aokigahara Forest near Mount Fugi is now call Suicide Forest from the men found dead there from ending themselves.

I don't see Japan as a good place to live if you are not a top 1% rich and good looking man there, and if war breaks out in the East, then the replacement maybe Chinese in origin. If I was a man under the age of 40 in Japan with or without money, I would leave to work remote in Philippines.

Men care about protecting women, so it is a bad idea to offend women. Men are not as well protected, therefore we are a viable target. And some people still say that men are privileged and women are oppressed.

It's not just a Japanese men thing. Western women are typically not attracted to asian men in general. Women consider any approaching action from a guy who is not in the top % to be considered creepy.

We already know that 90% of men are invisible. So for the most part, it's pointless for the average man to attempt to approach a woman these days.

like all societies, you get some people in it that just aren't correctly raised or wired.

They stand out more in Japan because of how otherwise respectful it is there.

So who exactly are you saying has this view of Japanese men? Japanese women? Western men? Western women? Having worked with a lot of colleagues in Japan I never heard anything like this from anyone. Is it people who’ve never actually met someone from Japan?

There are definitely some things in Japanese culture that will confuse people in the West. If they hear that the age of consent is 13 then that seems very inappropriate. But what they probably don’t understand is that an adult having sex with someone under 18 will still get prosecuted under indecency laws. Or if they hear that rape is often not prosecuted in Japan, again by Western standards this is bad. But its because the legal system in Japan is very different. Police and prosecutors don’t take cases to trial unless they are very sure of guilt and they really don’t like cases that have no objective evidence. If it’s a “he said, she said” case then there’s too much chance of being wrong trying to decide the truth and they won’t take it to trial. I’m not saying that’s better or worse than in the West and in fact the principle is the same as the Western expression that it’s better to free 10 guilty men than convict one innocent man.

Have you seen the twitch streamers in Japan? The way some men literally group the breasts of the women streaming or follow her around.

The stereotype is true even if not all do it.

And the biggest problem is the law never help either victims male or female because the stalking law in Japan is so lax that unless you’re in an immediate danger they won’t intervene. And let’s not pretend it’s men who struggle mostly with stalking and groping.
