I was watching Mr. Robot and on S2E1 this arrogant coder chick tells a concerned male coder to “just do his job and stop being such a fucking pussy” before spending the rest of the episode being a badass bitch. A couple episodes later, it turns out his concerns were valid and now their whole operation is fucked. She hangs on to a thread of control as she watches it all fall apart. You can see her confidence shift a bit and when she returns to being a know-it-all, she gets put in her place again. The shifting power dynamics were beautiful. That show is so epic. It’s like The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (same writer?) and Fight Club with unapologetic callbacks to American Psycho and Pulp Fiction lead by narrator/protagonist Josh from Until Dawn. It’s a riveting experience. You’ll love it.

Warning: Below I gush on Mr. Robot. TLDR: Highly recommended.

I’m on S3 and hopefully it stays strong. The first 2 seasons were like the first two albums from a great band. The first one was simple and raw. The second was expansive and polished. Now that third album... that’s the test. Two seasons where it’s greatness lies in bold writing. I’m sure there was pressure to make S3 great. I just hope the writers were able to handle the immense pressure from the media, shareholders, whomever, to make the show a certain way. Fucks given spoil magic and veil nature,

I don't want anyone to lose their jobs because "twitter justice". Not her (I despise her!), not anyone.

Let the damn trial proceed and who ever wins wins. This mob justice does a lot of harm to men, and as men are primarily victims of twitter mob justice I think we should NOT celebrate another victory for this type of stupidity.

Even more, the victims of mob justice, mostly men, will gain nothing out of this crap. The twitter mob will claim they won again, and corporations will react like trained dogs and will claim a person guilty before trial just based on twitter claims.
