Right on, what man doesn't feel like a farce and feels like he isn't getting what he desires from a relationship. Sex is good and all but I'm looking for respect in a relationship not satiation of my sexual desires only. Women act as if they have figured men out and know what's best for us but truth is they have no idea what fulfills a man....

Honestly, I think even if marriage had zero consequences for men, we would still have marriage rate problems. Men are retreating to things like videogames because of society, not because of women or lack of relationships. Online gaming is one of the last male only spaces where guys can be comfortable without being judged. There's no more "just the guys" time, so why on earth would these men want another woman (and the effects she brings) in their lives? Women are postponing marriage to their 30's and men aren't okay with that. Additionally men are expected to stick to their age old gender roles while women can go and live their lives as they please. And I do agree with all her points, the change women have made to society have been one sided and right now we're starting to see the reaction to it, changes which will suit men rather than women.

There are a lot of problems that need to be sorted out and I have a feeling that it won't happen with my or the next generation. As a society we have a habit of not trying to fix a problem until the last minute. Nothing will change until over half of all women 40 and up are single (and most likely childless) and will remain single until they die. Then people are going to ask what the hell is going on and how can we tackle the issues.
