They are going to rescind that policy within the year, or there will be 1/4 of the women working there in a year as there are now. Why would you hire someone that is going to take paid time off every month?

seems fair to me. so long as it comes out of their existing sick leave, and they aren't given extra sickleave cuz vageen.

Assuming they are telling the truth about letting people go home because they have a headache, what bothers me about the menstrual thing is the no-questions asked bit.
