First, let me get a couple of things out of the way.

Identity politics in the trans community is fierce. If you disagree, you basically stop being relevant. This is why many transmen who have more "conservative" ideas about gender and masculinity, simply are not saying anything. As a result, the community has an image of being radically feminist. Unfortunately.

Second, I don´t particularly care about my own trans background. To me it´s a medical background. It does not make up my identity. I am tired of being emasculated by the left (it´s okay to be feminine, not okay to be masculine, etc) and in no way do I feel like being emasculated by men on the right, who might think of me as a chick in disguise.

I think many transmen feel this way and as a result they stay silent. When actually I think they are just as much under attack as any other men, specially if they don´t go around waving their medical background as a sort of separate identity and a sort of "transgender card".

To me the entire world has gone nuts proclaiming that traditional masculinity is harmful and it discourages young men, whether they are trans or not, to actually OWN their masculinity and to defend men´s rights as necessary and as a counter-narrative to the voices of "oppression".

I was wondering what your thoughts are on this, whether as a community r/MensRights can embrace binary (trans)men who are interested in men´s rights and actively want to discourage delusional and feminine ideas about masculinity.

In real life I get treated like any other white straight dude and I hope you can too. Trolls are not okay in my book and I will be ignoring comments aiming to debase me.
